Lily Simkins is Vice President of the Powell County reACT Youth Coalition in Deer Lodge. Since joining over a year ago, she’s helped write two grants, assisted with Quilts for Veterans, and much more. She got elected for secretary, but moved to vice president in the new year. She’s attended the Frenchtown Youth Summit and the annual reACT summit at Carroll College. Lily also presented to the Powell County Board of Health for an amendment to the Powell County Clean Indoor Air Act. Along with this, she attended CADCA and testified for banning flavored e-cigarettes and maintaining prevention funding. She also helped almost every week at Alive After 5 and 2 shifts at the Anaconda Community Market. #mtreact #tobaccofree #vapefree
